Bought myself a seaplane!

I thought it was time I got back into flying so have gone a bit overboard and have bought a seaplane kit. Its called a Searey and is made in the US by Progressive Aerodyne Inc in Orlando Florida.

Its a really nifty little machine where you can land, water taxi up to the beach, extend the landing gear and run over pesky sunbathers! They reckon it takes approx 500 hours to build depending how handy you are and there are no special equipment neeed, just normal hand tools.

The kit is arriving in August so I'll keep updating my progress.
